By using Jainism.me (the “App” or “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, discontinue use immediately. These Terms form a legal agreement between you and Inroys / Jainism.me.

2) Eligibility & Age Requirements

Our platform is suitable for users aged 13 years or older. Parental supervision is encouraged for younger users accessing devotional content.

3) User Accounts & Responsibilities

• Provide accurate details during registration.
• Keep credentials secure.
• Accept responsibility for activity under your account.

4) Permitted Use & Conduct

• Use Jainism.me for lawful, educational, devotional, and community purposes only.
• Avoid misleading, abusive, or unlawful content.
• Do not interfere with system operations or violate intellectual property rights.

5) Content Ownership & Licensing

All content, including literature, audio, video, and code, belongs to its respective creators. Contributors grant Jainism.me the right to publish for non-commercial educational use. Texts follow CC BY-NC-SA 4.0.

6) Public Media & Repositories

We use media from public repositories like YouTube, Archive.org, Wikimedia Commons, Pexels, and Pixabay. Content is used under fair-use or open-license rules. Contact support for takedowns or credit corrections.

7) Religious Neutrality

Jainism.me is neutral and unaffiliated with any sect, including Digambar, Śvetāmbara, Sthānakvāsi, or Terāpanthī. We present balanced information to promote unity.

8) Shop, Payments & Refunds

We run a spiritual e-commerce platform. Payments are processed securely and are non-refundable unless due to duplicate transactions or service errors. See our Refund Policy for details.

9) Rewards & Points Program

We operate a Rewards Program that grants points for community contributions and devotional engagement. Rewards are promotional, not financial instruments.

How It Works

• 1 point = ₹0.01 (1 paisa); Minimum redemption = ₹20 (2000 points).
• Sample activities:
  • Niyam participation: 2 points
  • Panchang viewing: 2 points
  • Listening to mantra: 10 points
  • Posting news: 200 points (₹2)
  • Posting events: 500 points (₹5)
  • Vihar updates: 300 points (₹3)
  • Listing temple, dharamshala, or bhojanshala: 800 points (₹8)

Redemption & Taxes

• Redemption requires PAN, KYC, and valid bank/UPI info.
• Payouts processed within 7–14 business days.
• TDS deducted as per Indian law; Form 16A issued upon request.

Expiry & Misuse

• Points expire after 12 months of inactivity.
• Fraudulent, spam, or plagiarized submissions forfeit points.

10) Privacy & Data

All data is handled under our Privacy Policy. PAN/KYC data used for rewards payouts is encrypted and retained for legal compliance only.

11) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for fraudulent or abusive activity. You may delete your account anytime. Termination does not cancel outstanding legal or financial obligations.

12) Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

All content is provided "as-is." We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the Services.

13) Changes to the Terms

We may revise these Terms as needed. Continued use after updates signifies acceptance. The latest version will be posted at /terms.
