Rated 13+. Content is devotional/educational and generally appropriate for families; children should use the App under parental guidance.

• Account Data: Name, email, mobile, community (optional), photo.

• Location: Approximate/precise if enabled, for nearby features.
• Contributions: Photos, reviews, monk/temple details, suggestions.
• Payments: Processed by gateways; we keep transaction metadata only.

8) Literature & Scriptures

Texts are collected from open repositories or contributed by scholars. Original authors retain their rights. Jainism.me distributes content for non-commercial educational use. Where feasible, materials are offered under Creative Commons BY-NC-SA 4.0 (free license; attribution, non-commercial, share-alike). Some items may have different terms noted on their page.

9) Religious Neutrality

The platform is sect-neutral and not affiliated with any specific tradition, including Digambar, Śvetāmbara, Sthānakvāsi, or Terāpanthī. Future listings by sect will be clearly labeled for clarity, not endorsement.

10) Community Contributions

Users may submit suggestions, corrections, and materials. Submissions may be moderated. By submitting, you grant Jainism.me a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and adapt your contributions for educational purposes. Please share only material you have the right to share.

11) Data Retention

• Account/profile: kept while active; removed on request (with backup grace periods).
• Transactions: stored as required by finance/tax laws.
• Logs/analytics: typically 12–24 months in identifiable form, then aggregated.

12) Payments & Refunds

Donations and purchases are non-refundable except for duplicate charges, payment processing errors, or where the law requires otherwise. Payment processing is handled by trusted gateways; we do not store full card/bank details.

We do not sell personal data. Limited sharing occurs with:
